Store/Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated 1 February 2026. Plain language, and it is the version that applies — there is no second document behind it.
1. Who you are contracting with
The store is operated by Yaboost OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. Buying anything here creates a contract between you and that company, in English, governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, none of this removes rights your local law gives you.
2. What you are buying
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on the machines used by your household. You are not buying the game itself, and you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the installer.
Because every title here is DRM-free, that licence is enforced by this agreement and nothing else. We are aware of what that means and we sell it this way anyway.
3. Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase and under two hours of recorded playtime: one button in your library, no reason required, money back to the original payment method. Past either limit, write to support@games.yaboost.org and a person will look at it.
We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly refunding the same title after downloading the installer.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, otherwise in euro. Customers in the EU and UK see prices inclusive of VAT at their local rate. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store the full number.
5. Availability
A game can be delisted — a studio closes, a licence for music expires, a rights holder changes its mind. If that happens, anything already in your library stays there and stays downloadable. Delisting removes a title from sale; it never removes it from you.
6. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us promptly if you think they have leaked, and do not use the store to break the law. We can suspend an account for chargeback fraud, for attempts to break the site, or where a court tells us to. We will tell you why.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is capped at what you have paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
8. Changes
If these terms change materially, registered customers get an email at least thirty days beforehand, and the previous version stays linked from this page for a year. Continuing to use the store after that date means you accept the new version.
9. Disputes
Talk to us first: support@games.yaboost.org. If that fails, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise the courts of Harju County, Estonia, have jurisdiction.
